What is Online Check-in?
Online check-in is a service that enables travelers who have reserved seats to enjoy a smooth airport experience and have registered the required information in advance.

Step1:- Find information about your reservation and enter your passport details / email address and reserve your seat on the reservation details screen. You will receive a check-in email 24 hours before your international flight's departure time. Passengers traveling to / from the United States must also report their details on immigration.
- Get your seat reserved at least 48 hours prior to the departure of your international flight
- In case, if you miss the 48-hour cut-off-time, you get to reserve the seat on online check-in screen from 24 hours and 75 minutes prior to departure.
- Upgrades will be eligible if the criteria necessary are met (e.g. if seats / meals in the higher boarding class are available). Kindly ask the departure date at the airport counter.
Step2: - Simply download your boarding pass (mobile boarding pass) on your mobile device after checking in online, print it out or get it at the airport. Departure airport must distinguish between the types of boarding passes that can be used.
- You can show the 2D barcode on your mobile in the boarding counter.
- The mobile boarding pass will be sent to your registered email.
- Also view the 2D barcode and flight / passenger data display screen. If you only display the 2D barcode, you may not be able to go through.
- Configuration can result in a small screen of the 2D barcode on some phones. In this situation, scanning the 2D barcode may not be possible, and airport staff may ask you to change the size or other settings that are relevant. Try to printout the 2D barcode at the airport kiosk.
Step3: - Air Procedure you need to follow:
- Check-in baggage at the baggage drop counter at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure
- Get spare time to go through security check
- Get to airport 30 minutes prior to your assigned departure time
